Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a quick look at the JR Products city water fill and check valve. This is designed to replace one worn out or damaged water fill on your RV. You can see it's got a nice chrome-plated steel flange here. That's what's going to mount onto our RV's side.
It's going to include the hardware to get that mounted in place. Our check valve is a plastic construction and we're also going to have a heavy duty solid plastic valve body. The threading here is a half inch MPT, so it should work for most applications.As far as our dimensions, our total diameter here is right about three inches, maybe just slightly under three inches, pretty close to three inches. Our valve depths from our mounting point on our flange, it's going to be just shy of two inches. And our cutout, you're going to need about an inch and a half for that cutout, so keep that in mind when deciding if this is going to be the right product for you.Keep in mind if this is not the right option for you, maybe you need a few different measurements.
